Lead-Acid to Lithium Conversion

A 48V lead-acid pack (typically 600-900Ah, 32-39 cells) is replaced by a same-tray LiFePO4 pack of equal or higher usable energy, with ~50% weight savings, 2-hour fast charging, and full removal of the battery room.
